Came here for dinner today. I was looking forward to the grand opening in fort lee and the owners did not disappoint. To start off, the decor is just beautiful. I’m kind of jealous I wasn’t the first to review. There is ample parking outside so that’s a plus. We were greeted and seated right away. There is a variety of sauces to choose from right at your table. We ordered the pork spring and grilled summer rolls and they were delicious! I would have ordered more if I didn’t have an entree. I had the chicken pho and my boyfriend had the beef brisket tendon pho. He loved his and my Pho was delicious. Everything here from the service to the food is excellent. I will be returning tomorrow. :)

This is the best pho I've had in New Jersey. The pho scene in Bergen county is pretty weak so it's nice to have a stand out place like this. The portions are humongous. They also serve good vermicelli and ok banh mi. I always get the Vietnamese iced coffee here and I highly recommend others who come here to do the same. I like that you cannalso customize your pho with up to 3 different ingredients.
I had an outstanding meal at Pho Today Vietnamese Restaurant in Fort Lee! I ordered the grilled kalbi short rib, and it was packed with flavor—perfectly marinated, tender, and cooked just right. The dish was beautifully presented and truly hit the spot. My daughter had the grilled pork chop which was also delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!
Just ordered delivery via DD and am shocked at the lowish google rating. The summer rolls were the freshest even compared to some I've had in "nice" restaurants. The pho arrived piping hot and was a really good portion and delicious. Also A packaging for soups/sauces/rare meats.
I really like the food here because it is very delicious. Fast and good service. Standard taste of Vietnamese people. My family will come next time.

The service is amazing and fast. We love coming here and it’s usually not too crowded. We’ve tried everything on the menu, including for noodles, vermicelli noodles, spring rolls, and no misses!
